Belarusian Belavia to launch flights to Vienna, Tashkent, Spanish Reus in 2020

The Belarusian airline Belavia will launch regular flights to Vienna, Tashkent and Spanish Reus in 2020, the director of the Aviation Department at the Belarusian Transport and Communication Ministry Artem Sikorsky said in an interview with the STV channel on 9 February, BelTA has learned.

“Belavia expanded its route network in 2019. Three more routes will be added this year. It will be regular flights to Vienna, Tashkent and Spanish Reus. The fleet will also be expanded. Factory delivery of an Embraer is scheduled for April. The second Embraer is expected to arrive by the end of the current year. Two Boeing airplanes are also expected this year,” Artem Sikorsky said.

Belavia is Belarus’ largest air carrier. Based in the Minsk National Airport, it operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and offers regular flights to 55 destinations in 29 European and Asian countries.
